Rachel earned her Bachelor’s of Art in Professional Writing from Purdue University and her Master of Social Work from University of Indianapolis. She is dedicated to helping individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma. She specializes in supporting clients navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, and disconnection from self through a compassionate, collaborative, and empowering approach.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy {ACT} Mindfulness, Body Trust® work, and strengths-based interventions, Rachel helps clients explore the root causes of issues and challenge unhelpful beliefs. She believes each person holds innate wisdom and resilience, and therapy becomes a space to rediscover and nurture those strengths. She also offers faith-based treatment and Christian counseling for clients who wish to incorporate spirituality into the therapeutic process.

Rachel meets clients exactly where they are in their healing journey—honoring their pace, their story, and their courage. As she shows up fiercely for her clients, she offers both gentle presence and honest support, walking beside them as they move toward greater self-compassion, freedom, and authenticity.

Outside of therapy, Rachel enjoys reading, writing, traveling with her husband, movie marathons, exploring new coffee shops, and searching for the perfect slice of key lime pie.
