Cary graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1998 and went directly into a Masters in Social Work program at the University of Maryland. He gained a LCSW license in 2001 and LCSW-C since 2003. He has worked on adolescent and adult inpatient units at Crownsville Hospital, Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Hospital, and Pathways substance abuse treatment center. He has also worked in the Baltimore City Public School System as well as Anne Arundel County Schools. All of these experiences lend themselves to his private practice, developing since 2006. Cary enjoys working with people, coaching youth sports, spending time outdoors on or near the water, exercising, practicing yoga, music and art, and spending time with friends and family.
