I have been seeing Lisa Reo since November of 2024band she has been counseling me on how to handle my disability LOA that started in June of last year on 2024 and as of September 2025 I have been determined disabled by the Harford's LTD claim that I opened after STD of six months ended last hear in December causing me to be unable to return to my current job nor any other job. In Octobrr of last year in 2024 my Orthapaedic diagnosed me with my disability and both he and the Rheumatologist recommended my to see a psychologist to help me through it so I called lifestamce to do so and they recommended a Master Level Clinicical Therapist to diagnose and counsel me until she could sign of on SSD which I applied which I didn't do because all three of my providers had not agreed with it so my STD transitioned in to LTD Via the Harford which finally got approved in September of 2025, this year after my appeal for an initial denial of it was won and tbe denial of it was overturned. I was informed by by LTD via the Harford that I legally had until 11/30/2025 to any for SSD so I scheduled a phone visit with Social Security to apply for SSD for 11/14/2025 to meet the deadline set by the Harftord LTD who deyermuned me to be unable to return to my current job nor any other job so I also resigned from my current job in Ictober of this year, 2025. Lisa Reo helped me during the above difficult time via her counseling dur8ng which time my three doctors were in disagreement with eachother, had to get used to eachother, and then started to come into agreement with eachother thus year but weren't sure if I would recover or not which I didn't so they provided their final medical in August of thus year and ine month later the Hartford informed me of tbeir reasons for putting me LTD based on my doctor's medical and deyetmining me disabled and to apply for SSD which I will do on 11/14/2025. During all of the above happenings both last year and this year I had some family and immediate family happenings also to deal with which wasn't easy. Lisa Reo helped me through the latter difficult times via her counseling.. She will now sign off on SSD on 11/18/2025 for me during our next visit and I will consent for her to do so when I will know more via the phone apply to SSD via Social Security on 11/14/2025. Lisa Reo via Lifestance Health Medical was very knowledgeable, helpful, and comforting during my time of need and I highly recommend her and LSHM staff who also helped me with the account set up of the portal, rules, scheduling, and payments as Lisa Reo and I went along.during my determining of my disability or not via my doctors, STD, LTD, and now SSD.
