Marsha Wiggins, LCSWC,
About Marsha Wiggins (She/Her)
Marsha Wiggins, LCSWC, helps clients build practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, and trauma while fostering resilience and emotional balance. Serving adolescents, teens, and adults across Maryland through LifeStance Health, she provides individualized therapy that supports clients in navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Her approach is collaborative and structured, helping clients identify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change. Marsha specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, using evidence-based methods to help clients regain a sense of control and stability. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to support emotional regulation, reduce symptoms, and promote long-term mental wellness. Her experience also includes working with individuals navigating life transitions, grief, and ADHD, offering additional support tailored to each client’s unique needs. She is particularly skilled in working with teens and adults, including those facing midlife or later-life transitions, helping them adapt to evolving roles, responsibilities, and personal goals. Marsha creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences and develop sustainable coping strategies. Outside of her clinical work, Marsha enjoys creating abstract art using fluid painting techniques, an outlet that reflects her appreciation for creativity and self-expression.
