Meredith Inosencio helps teens and adults across Maine build insight, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and emotional balance. At LifeStance Health, she provides individualized mental health care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change. Meredith specializes in anxiety, depression, and childhood behavior issues, and also addresses additional concerns. She uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and family therapy to help clients identify patterns, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress. Her work is practical and goal-oriented while remaining compassionate and client-centered. She is particularly experienced in working with teens and adults navigating relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and midlife transitions. Meredith also supports individuals within the autism spectrum and developmental disability communities, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community, tailoring care to meet each person’s unique needs and lived experiences. Meredith works with teens and adults, offering individual therapy that respects each stage of development and life circumstance. She focuses on building trust and providing tools that clients can use in their daily lives to improve emotional well-being and resilience. Outside of her clinical work, Meredith enjoys reading, walking, and spending time at the beach. She loves traveling, exploring new cultures, and trying different foods. Much of her time is centered around her family, including her husband, three children, and their many pets. These experiences help her bring warmth, relatability, and a balanced perspective into her therapeutic work. Meredith Inosencio is dedicated to supporting individuals throughout Maine in achieving stronger mental health and a more fulfilling life.
