Her commitment to advocacy began with a desire to support abused and neglected children and ultimately led her to the field of clinical social work. She is deeply dedicated to teaching the skills, self-awareness, and emotional tools needed to create lasting change across generations. Anne believes that healing not only benefits the individual but can also positively impact future family relationships and overall well-being. Anne utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These interventions help patients process difficult experiences, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and move toward meaningful personal growth. Anne earned her education from the University of Southern Mississippi and Tulane University.
