Shannon works with clients facing concerns such as depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis-related conditions, creating a supportive environment where healing, growth, and greater emotional stability can take place. A central focus of Shannon’s practice is helping individuals living with serious and persistent mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder and psychosis/schizophrenia. She is passionate about supporting clients as they build insight, strengthen coping skills, manage symptoms, and improve their overall quality of life. Shannon understands that these conditions can affect relationships, work, daily functioning, and self-confidence, and she partners with clients to develop practical strategies that promote long-term wellness and resilience. Shannon integrates proven therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. Her approach is collaborative and individualized, recognizing that every client brings unique strengths, challenges, and life experiences to therapy. In addition to her core specialties, she has experience helping individuals address hoarding behaviors and other mental health concerns that may impact daily living and emotional well-being.
