Maria is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her Master’s in the Science of Mental Health Counseling in 2016. She has years of experience helping individual clients, families, has worked with and infants and children 0-6 years of age in community-based, school-based, and private practice settings.
Her mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that empowers individuals and families to lead healthier lives. Maria is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space so clients to explore their emotions, beliefs, and behaviors. She is dedicated to helping people find their inner strength and resilience to navigate through life’s challenges.
In her free time, Maria is an avid artist, baker, and nature enthusiast. She loves to create beauty and it has become a way to express emotions and thoughts visually.
