Wonderful experience for my first visit. I feel comfortable moving forward managing my care. This is the first place and provider the actually took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with an action plan that may better help to manage my symptoms. I have been a patient/client of Advanced Counseling for many many years and although my Dr Shenava is the same wonderful doctor I have seen since the beginning, I have not always been pleased with the practice higher-ups who have, as far back as I can remember, been focused more on profits than patients. Lifestance has been a true gift. Dr. Goodson is always available and listens to me. The Doctor reassures me that everything will be fine and helps me get thru the hard times, by revealing different alternatives and options. It’s nice to know people care.

Finally psychiatry services that have it together. When I called a human answered, no phone tree, automated prompts or long waits. My appointment was easy to schedule and they were able to get me in within one week. They have an online portal that actually works and once you enter your information you're not asked for it again 8 million...
This place is great, but PLEASE update your business hours on Google. It currently says you close at 9, so when I called at 6 and was met with a robo voice saying you were closed, I was confused.
Changing my review...I had a lot of issues with billing, which finally cleared up after months! My Therapist Tawana is great! I really enjoy our sessions, she's nonjudgmental and has a good energy! My psychiatrist, Dr. Goodson is so caring and empathetic. Both have been such a great help!
