The therapeutic relationship is one that begins at the first therapy session and I have great respect and gratitude for my clients that allow me to be a part of their healing journey. It is important that the client feels safe and comfortable in an environment that is conducive to treatment. Approaches such as Psychodynamic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered and Solution focused treatment are all treatment techniques that are a part of the process. Defining goals and objectives with my clients is the beginning of proactive steps toward empowerment and change. Through the therapeutic journey of healing clients begin to experience a period of enlightenment and transformation and their quality of life begins to improve. It is an amazing process that I have such gratitude to be able to witness on a daily basis.
