Chelsea Litwiller, Licensed Master Social Worker, is a dedicated therapist serving children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She specializes in helping individuals navigate challenges related to ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and childhood behavioral concerns. Chelsea also utilizes parent coaching to offer a holistic therapeutic approach and help improve family communication.

Chelsea has an energetic and positive personality that helps her connect well with others. She believes in building a strong connection with clients first, using empathy and humor, to make sessions more relaxed for clients and ensure they feel safe to be themselves and share their story with her. While she won’t have all the answers, she can promise to consistently be a strong support through good and bad times.

Chelsea assists clients in identifying the root causes of emotional distress, helping them to better regulate their nervous systems and find some relief in their symptoms. Chelsea helps clients to process their trauma through the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with other therapeutic techniques to help clients become more self-aware and confident in managing their emotions.

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys camping, hiking, reading, and loving her friends, family and dog.
