Christin Colon is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2021. She was EMDR trained by the Morsey Institute.

Christin works on neutralizing trauma with EMDR. She can help people learn new ways of coping and thinking to help reduce levels of depression and anxiety with CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, etc. Sometimes people just need help making and achieving personal goals and Christin can help with that too. Additionally, she can help people work on their communication skills to help enrich their life.

Outside of work, Christin has two nephews who are teens, who like to spend time and travel with her. She has two dogs, Paris (Great Dane) & Jazzy (Black Mouth Curr) who own her. She enjoys working in her yard and with plants and the pond she built last year. She likes learning bird, insect, and other calls. She is a natural nurturer so anything she can tend to she is all about it. She enjoys just about all music. Before COVID, she used to travel and explore other countries. She is really hoping to get back to that. She enjoys cooking new dishes and of course eating them. She likes to learn about new things. Right now, she is learning about different Hz and how they impact your body.
