Mt counselor was wonderful. She was very ptient with me whike I listed the main life issuesI I would like get her help and insight with managing better. It was our first twlevistlit. My counselir was upbeat, and she listened to my concerns and issues, without interrupting all the time with questions. Afrer listening to me, she did ask good questions and gave me valuable, practical feedback. My counselor also gave me a link to access an online therapy tool that I'm going to learn about, which we may find useful and incorporate into our future sessions. I was able to book future appointments directly with her at the end of our session, which made that process seamless and very easy. Bypassing the busy scheduling desk and giving the offic staff one less call to have to handle.

The new generation of mental health workers give me hope for a better future for patients. They seem to actually care, they work with you (as in listening to you abt what your comfortable with in regards to your treatment), they don’t give you the impression that they hate their jobs which is great. That means they are there to help by choice. They accept various insurances including Medicare and Medicaid so you are able to be seen by various different providers, where in the past, you may have been limited in your choices of places to go. Dr. Matthew Radler is absolutely amazing 🙌 he truly has a heart for all his patients! He listens and you can feel his compassion! He is one heck of a man and an amazing psychiatrist. I usually don't do these reviews.. he is So amazing tho. So I made sure I did.. cause there are alot of people that could use his support. I've been working on getting better for around 2 years and he never left my side and never gave up on me. I feel like im coming back to life. Thank you Jesus for such an amazing psychiatrist.

I’ve had such a good experience with my therapist and psychiatrist. They really listen and make me feel comfortable opening up, even on tough days. I never feel rushed or judged, and that means a lot. My therapist helps me see things more clearly and handle stress better, and my psychiatrist is careful, kind, and explains everything so I actually understand it. Together, they’ve made a big difference in how I feel and how I take care of myself. I’m honestly really thankful for their support.
