Taylor Linn, LPC, helps teens, adults, and older adults across Michigan find clarity, resilience, and renewed confidence as they navigate life’s emotional challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Taylor works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and a variety of other mental health concerns, helping them develop practical strategies for lasting emotional wellness. A significant focus of Taylor’s practice is women’s mental health, including perinatal mood disorders, postpartum depression and anxiety, and reproductive challenges. She is passionate about supporting individuals through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, hormonal changes, and other reproductive health experiences. Taylor understands that these transitions can affect every aspect of a person’s life and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes healing, self-understanding, and hope. Taylor’s therapeutic approach is calm, approachable, and goal-oriented. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. Her work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, allowing each treatment plan to be tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual. While her primary areas of focus include anxiety, depression, and women’s mental health concerns, she also supports clients facing additional emotional and life challenges. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2021, Taylor has remained dedicated to helping clients strengthen their emotional well-being and navigate life’s transitions with greater confidence. She earned her education through Western Michigan University and continues to integrate evidence-based approaches into her clinical work. Outside of the therapy office, Taylor enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. She values staying active, reading, listening to music, exploring the outdoors, discovering new restaurants, and relaxing near the water. She also enjoys volunteering through organizations such as United Way and pursuing activities that encourage personal growth and creativity.
