Stefanie Mann is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2015. Stefanie’s passion is helping children, teens, and their families heal through Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. As an Adoption-Competent Therapist, Stephanie helps families navigate through the adoption process, encouraging healing and stability within the changing family unit. For adults, EMDR therapy provides the inner child with an opportunity to heal from past trauma. Stephanie is dedicated to figuring out the “why” so we can seek solutions for the “what” is happening when we look at the situation/behavior. Meeting the person “where they are” on their journey to healing is Stephanie’s goal. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys hiking in the mountains, leading the youth at their church in various community service projects, collecting Converse All-Stars shoes and playing with her grandchildren. As a lifelong learner, she is always looking for something new to learn and try out.
