About Riley Goulet (She/Her)
Riley Goulet helps children, adolescents, teens, and young adults build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with confidence. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, individualized mental health care to patients throughout New Hampshire. Riley works with individuals and families facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, helping them develop practical tools for managing symptoms, improving relationships, and achieving personal goals. Through individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management services, she creates a supportive environment where patients feel understood and empowered. Riley has a particular passion for helping young people experiencing childhood behavior issues, school avoidance, and challenges related to gender identity. She understands the unique pressures children, teens, and young adults face as they navigate developmental, academic, social, and family transitions. Her approach emphasizes creating a safe, affirming space where patients can explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and develop healthy strategies for long-term emotional well-being. In her clinical work, Riley incorporates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also experienced in addressing ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, grief, psychosis, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, and women’s issues, among other mental health concerns. With expertise in DBT skills training and a strong commitment to personalized care, Riley helps patients learn emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and effective interpersonal skills that support lasting growth. Riley believes successful therapy is built on collaboration, trust, and respect. She tailors treatment to each patient’s unique strengths and circumstances, partnering with families when appropriate to foster meaningful progress both in and outside of therapy. Her goal is to help patients gain the confidence and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater balance and resilience. She earned her education through Westfield State University and remains committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care. Outside of her professional work, Riley enjoys art, sports, and exercise. Her appreciation for creativity and active living informs her holistic perspective on mental wellness and personal growth. Patients and families across New Hampshire seeking support for child and adolescent mental health, anxiety, depression, trauma, school-related concerns, and other behavioral health needs can find compassionate care through Riley at LifeStance Health.
