I have long held a deep interest in how emotional, mental, and physical development intersect. This passion guided my undergraduate studies and led to a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and eventual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. During my professional career, I have co-facilitated group therapy sessions along with group therapy within the Ocean and Monmouth County Court Systems, conducted individual counseling sessions, and collaborated closely with licensed professionals. I maintain appropriately detailed client records, uphold confidentiality, and pride myself in building strong therapeutic relationships. As a fully licensed professional, I’ve found my most impactful work to be in the areas of trauma, women’s reproductive health stress, and LGBTQ+ issues. Whether supporting clients through gender readiness evaluations, addressing executive dysfunction and intrusive thoughts, or helping them navigate complex trauma, I am committed to fostering growth and developing skills that empower lasting change. I use an eclectic, client-centered approach to treatment, tailoring plans to each individual’s unique life and experiences. I believe in the client’s knowledge of themselves and add to it a supportive approach using evidence-based practices for them to grow.
