I obtained my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from William Paterson University’s accredited counseling program. I have experience providing therapy to clients in both individual and group settings. I am certified by the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Associate Counselor as well as a National Certified Counselor. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and working with children and adolescents. My treatment areas are adolescent/teen issues, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, and mood disorders. As a clinician, the foundation of my work is based on developing a relationship, providing empathy, forming a pathway for open communication, and remaining non-judgmental while creating a safe and comfortable environment. Each client is unique and deserves the most effective treatment for his/her individual needs. I am dedicated to improving the quality of life of those seeking assistance with acceptance and support. When I am not in the office, you will find me cheering on my favorite sports team, cooking up a new recipe, or spending time with friends and family.
