Carmen M. Alvira is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York with over 25 years of professional work experience treating individuals of multiple cultural backgrounds. Her clinical interests and specialties include individual who struggled with stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, LGBTQ and related issues, coping with addictions, grief, PTSD, coping with life changes, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, career difficulties.
