Denise DeLuca helps adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Ohio develop the skills needed to manage complex mental health challenges and improve overall quality of life. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and alcohol and drug use issues, offering a compassionate, structured approach that supports meaningful and sustainable progress. Her care is rooted in respect, collaboration, and a deep commitment to helping clients feel understood while working toward their personal goals. Denise is particularly passionate about supporting individuals who are recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands the critical nature of this transition and focuses on helping clients stabilize, rebuild daily routines, and prevent relapse. Through consistent, personalized care, she helps clients strengthen coping strategies, increase emotional awareness, and regain confidence as they reintegrate into their everyday lives. Her therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, along with a holistic and integrative perspective that considers the whole person. Denise works to help clients better regulate emotions, improve thought patterns, and build healthier behaviors. In addition to her core specialties, she offers support for a wide range of concerns, including trauma, sleep issues, and life transitions.

Denise is committed to providing an inclusive and affirming environment, working with diverse populations including individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients of all ages can explore challenges, build resilience, and experience personal growth. She earned her education from South University-Cleveland Campus and Kent State University and has been practicing since 2016. Outside of her clinical work, Denise enjoys cooking and hiking, and she is passionate about NHL hockey, which helps her stay energized and balanced. Denise DeLuca provides mental health therapy services throughout Ohio at LifeStance Health, offering accessible care for adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors seeking support for anxiety, depression, substance use, and more.
