Harley specializes in working with clients navigating gender identity, neurodivergence, and Disability-related stress. While he works with people of all backgrounds and identities, he is deeply passionate about providing trans-affirming care as an openly trans provider. Harley centers his practice on relational therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based interventions like Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and he uses a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each person’s goals and values.
