Harley specializes in working with clients navigating gender identity, neurodivergence, and Disability-related stress. While he works with people of all backgrounds and identities, he is deeply passionate about providing trans-affirming care as an openly trans provider. Harley centers his practice on relational therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based interventions like Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and he uses a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each person’s goals and values. His care philosophy emphasizes the importance of human connection, self-acceptance, and the importance of safe, judgment-free spaces in mental health treatment.

Outside of his work at LifeStance, Harley is an engaged community member and volunteer. In his free time, he enjoys crafting, reading, Nintendo Switch gaming, and spending time with his affectionate tortoiseshell cat, Pinto.
