Jennifer Giesel, MS, PsyD, Therapist in Beachwood, Ohio

Dr Giesel developed curricula for Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and facilitated both for over a decade. Dr. Giesel is dual boarded in the treatment of pediatric and adult clients. She is certified in the treatment of Chemical Dependency Disorders, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, as well as a Certified Trauma Treatment Professional. Dr. Giesel is trained in EMDR, Biofeedback, Palliative/ End of Life Care and Polyvagal Therapy. Additional clinical areas of concentration and training: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Burnout in Frontline Workers, Forensic Psychology, Anxiety, Depression, Dual Diagnosis, chronic illness and pain as well as adjustment related concerns. She is a member of the Early Career Psychologist Committee for the State of Ohio, serves on the editorial board as a journal article reviewer for the Journal of Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology.

Additionally, Dr. Giesel is a member of The International Psychology Committee and Ohio Psychological Association. Dr. Giesel has several peer reviewed publications in her specific areas of interest.
