Mark believes in fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, empowering clients to develop the skills and confidence needed to manage their mental health effectively.
Mark specializes in working with individuals experiencing ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and gender identity-related concerns. He is passionate about helping clients build self-awareness and resilience while addressing the unique struggles associated with neurodivergence, intrusive thoughts, and identity exploration. In addition to his core specialties, Mark is experienced in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and those with adoption or foster care experiences. His approach is inclusive and affirming, ensuring that every client feels heard, validated, and supported in their journey toward healing and self-acceptance.
