About Paul R Kovach (He/Him)

Paul Kovach is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio who has been practicing since 1992. He has a BA in History from Pontifical College Josephinum, a Master Of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Athenaeum Of Ohio, and a Post Master’s Endorsement Program in Clinical Counseling from Xavier University. We all have a story to tell. Paul listens to stories and helps clients understand how their past affects their present and how to make changes for their future. He works with substance abuse, gambling and mental health disorders using cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and meditation to assist people in developing coping skills and putting them into daily practice. Paul has been with GrandMaster Kim’s TaeKwonDo school since 1993 and is a 6th Degree Black Belt and instructor. He has been practicing yoga for 9 years and currently takes classes with Yoga-Leela.
