Since graduating with a Master’s in Social Work in 2010 Kendra has worked in a variety of counseling roles including community mental health, public schools, inpatient and outpatient addiction recovery, and intensive outpatient mental health and addiction treatment. Kendra specializes in helping patients navigate complex mental health conditions, especially complex trauma and personality disorders. She also works regularly with addiction treatment, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorders, and complex life transitions.

Kendra utilizes a wide variety of evidence based counseling techniques including dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, behavioral activation, strengths based interventions, and somatic interventions such as EMDR, brainspotting, and somatic movement. When appropriate she is also comfortable utilizing faith based interventions, helping patients who find faith supportive to navigate ways to use faith to support their overall wellbeing, including navigating religious trauma.

She works with teens through seniors and is especially passionate about supporting military individuals and family members and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Kendra also has significant experience helping individuals navigate the mind body connection to help recover from trauma and address physical health issues tied to stress and chronic mental health conditions. No one is perfect, and life can throw us some awful things to deal with, but with help we can find tools and techniques to help us heal and move forward toward a place of peace, joy, and fulfillment.

Outside of work Kendra loves spending time with her animals, crocheting, watching basketball or football, and volunteering at an Equine Assisted Therapy Facility. Spending time in nature and with animals fills her soul.

See what our patients are saying about Kendra Bobulski

Lifestance office staff are very easy to speak with. Courteous and patient. I know this was very important to me as it was difficult to even begin the process of getting help. My counselor, Kendra, is very calm and supportive. She knows when to listen and when to speak. Her suggestions of how deal with my issues are thoughtful and, to me, very helpful. I highly recommend Lifestance.
