This practice has been helping me since my father passed and I started with them in January of 2019. I've seen I think four or maybe even five therapist there and I'm currently seeing two. One is a group therapy and one has a one-on-one therapy. I find it very helpful and fairly easy to navigate their website to schedule and log on to video sessions which is how I do all of my sessions now. I would recommend Lifestance Health. All of my various professionals have been wonderful but for those that might be new to this process sometimes you do have to try a few of them out to find the best fit for you. Fortunately because this practice has many therapists and nurse practitioners and social workers and all kinds of different levels that you can find someone that works right with your personality and your things you're dealing with.

Everything is handled very professionally at LifeStance They always give me easy to follow directions since I live out of town. There were plenty of parking spaces available and an elevator as well as stairs to get to the office. My counselor was knowledgeable and a good fit with my past experiences. I am glad to have been referred here. I also see a psychiatrist here now too. They are knowledgeable and have a good understanding of mental health, medications, and treatment. I feel very comfortable receiving treatment here.

I see Jessica Meeks for med mgmt and she has been great! Very professional and takes the time to understand all of my issues. She's always prompt to our sessions. I've left medical practices for over booking when they've kept me waiting for hours but Dr Meeks has never been more than 2 minutes behind. She's also very informed on how other problems, like perimenopause, affect my mental health care. I would definitely recommend her for anyone needing med mgmt especially if they have co-ocurring issues and value their time.

It’s rare to find a good combination of counselor and provider. I found that at Lifestance. I feel listened to by not just my therapist but also, for the first time in a long while, I feel heard by my provider. Genuinely listening to my concerns. They both treat me as a complex person and not just a diagnosis! Thank you so very much. Beth and Jessica are both heroes in my household.
