DaQuala Lee, LISW-S,
About DaQuala Lee (She/Her)
DaQuala Lee, LISW-S, helps teens and adults across Ohio navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and find a greater sense of purpose in their lives. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy in a supportive and compassionate environment, helping clients work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma while developing practical tools for lasting growth and healing.
Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, where she partners with clients to better understand their experiences and create meaningful change. DaQuala integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also offering additional therapeutic techniques to meet each individual’s needs.
DaQuala is especially passionate about incorporating faith into the healing process through Christian-based therapy. She provides a space for clients who wish to explore their spirituality as part of their mental health journey, integrating Christian counseling and faith-based treatment to support emotional healing, personal growth, and a deeper sense of connection and purpose.
She has experience supporting a variety of individuals, including those connected to adoption and foster care, and works with teens, adults, and seniors. Her approach is rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, and respect for each client’s unique background and values.
Outside of her clinical work, DaQuala enjoys writing and performing poetry, creative expression through acting, roller skating, dancing, and reading. These passions influence her appreciation for creativity and self-expression in the therapeutic process.
