About Nicole Deisher (She/Her)

Nicole Deisher helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical guidance, and evidence-based mental health care. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor at LifeStance Health, she provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families throughout Ohio. Nicole works collaboratively with patients to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

Nicole has experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns while also supporting those facing a variety of additional mental health and life-transition challenges. She understands that every person’s story is unique and tailors treatment to meet each patient’s goals, strengths, and circumstances. Her approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in proven therapeutic methods.

Nicole is especially passionate about helping patients experiencing childhood behavioral concerns, relationship difficulties, and grief. She recognizes the profound impact these challenges can have on emotional well-being, family dynamics, and daily functioning. By creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment, she helps patients gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward greater confidence and emotional wellness.

Her therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Couples/Marital Counseling, while drawing from additional evidence-based interventions when appropriate. Nicole believes that successful therapy is built on trust, collaboration, and a genuine understanding of each patient’s individual needs.

Outside of her clinical work, Nicole enjoys writing, camping, cheering on her children at sporting events, watching reality television, and spending time with her pets. These personal interests help her stay connected to the importance of balance, family, and self-care.
