I've had a pretty bumpy ride with psychiatry the past decade or so, so it was a relief when I got to meet Dr. Frederickson. He's very professional and understanding. He offers good feedback and also listens to his clients- something that seems to be a rarity with a lot of mental healthcare providers at times. The front desk staff members are always courteous, and as prompt as can be. Their website is relatively easy to navigate and I rarely have an issue with contacting my doctor because the messaging system is efficient. They also have a huge network of providers, so that you can easily find a specialist for your specific needs. I'd give LifeStance a 10/10. May is mental health awareness month; don't wait until next May to get the help you need. Side note, yes, they accept Medicaid.

NP McNairis fabulous. I appreciate the fact he listens and really cares. I’ve been searching for care for over 3 years now after relocating to Ohio. I almost gave up after numerous attempts to find a doctor. NP McCain is amazing, and the best. Will never see anyone else. So grateful for him. I'm updating this post . Still have the privilege of being treated by David McNair. No words really can describe the level of his care , he is one on a million. He is empathetic, listens, really cares, you can always reach him, and he is simply an amazing great person . Will always be grateful and appreciative for his care.. I'm truly grateful for everything he has done for my health

I cannot say enough good things about David McNair, NP. From the very beginning, he took my depression and ADHD seriously and made me feel genuinely heard and understood. He is kind, caring, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. What stands out most is how responsive he is, even through the website portal. It is so reassuring knowing I can reach out and actually receive thoughtful support and communication. Finding a provider who truly listens and cares can be difficult, and I feel extremely lucky to have found him. I would recommend David McNair and LifeStance to absolutely anyone looking for compassionate, attentive mental health care.

My experience was okay. I felt somewhat on my own during and after my appointment bcuz I was asked questions off computer which I’m sure these questions are asked to other clients but I felt the computer was doing all the work, it was not enough of person to person engaging with me however she was very nice and prescribed meds that I hope will be helpful. I would like to mention that I arrived at 12:03pm my appointment was at 12pm. I also did not complete the medical questionnaire for check in (attempted prior to appointment but was still incomplete) and this might be have been why I felt rushed and having the feeling of still being alone.

They are extremely kind and courteous from the front desk to the doctors. If I ever need something that I can't access on the patient portal, when I call the office they are always friendly and quick at handling anything that comes their way. Dr Frederickson is absolutely amazing. He is super attentive, he is a very good listener, he gives solid opinions and helps with understanding my thoughts and emotions around things. I would highly recommend this office specifically in twinsburg because I have not been at any of the other locations. I don't have anything bad to say.

I'm very grateful to have found Lifestance a few years back. From the moment of entering the waiting area, the energy of everything from the staff to the decor is so calming. It reflects my overall experience with Lifestance. The doctors are committed and skilled and kind. And the pricing for treatment removes another potential source of stress.
