Emma Rackley is a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families across Oklahoma to work through emotional challenges, strengthen coping and life skills, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2019, she has supported clients in a variety of mental health settings. Emma provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenges related to school, relationships, and life transitions. Emma welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, identities, and experiences. Emma believes therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Her approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed, with interventions tailored to each client’s unique strengths, goals, and experiences. She draws from evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and play-based interventions to help clients build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change. She also incorporates an understanding of how stress and trauma affect the nervous system, along with body-based approaches, to support emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting growth. In addition, Emma works with clients experiencing school-related behavioral concerns or academic stress, interpersonal challenges, and challenges within family systems. She also offers family therapy and has experience supporting individuals with adoption or foster care experiences. Emma hopes clients leave therapy feeling more confident, connected, and better equipped to manage life’s challenges in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking, exploring art festivals and farmers markets, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.
