My experience with Keri Jenkins at LifeStance was wonderful and incredibly helpful. During our sessions together, she helped me work through several trauma related issues which improved my mental health significantly. Keri is a patient, kind, and informative therapist. She’s an excellent listener and truly wants the best for her patients. We tried a technique that was new to me called brain spotting therapy which helped me work through trauma much more efficiently and gently than I ever have before. I really like Dr Hall.He helped me get off of Cymbalta which I was having devastating side effects from. He answered all my questions and explained the issues I needed to watch for in taking the new medication. He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable of my situation and makes me feel comfortable every time I see him.

Although I was nervous for my appointment, everything about LifeStance put my at ease from the relaxing waiting room to the professional I met with, who was extremely courteous and approachable. The location was easy to find and my appointment started right on time. I would highly recomment LifeStance to others.

I’m thrilled to have found LifeStance, after literally years of searching for therapists online, countless emails and phone calls made only with no replies or months-long wait lists. I don’t know why I never came across LifeStance before but this is definitely a lifesaver!

The booking of the appointment was staright forward along with the paperwork to complete prior to arrival. The directions were clear. I arrived 5-10 minutes before my appointment time, checked in, and was seen a few minutes later. Overall, a positive experience.
