Through individual, couples, family, and group therapy, Hailey partners with her clients to address struggles and uncover strengths, ensuring care is personalized to meet each person’s unique needs. Hailey is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, and alcohol or drug use challenges. She understands how these experiences can disrupt daily life, relationships, and self-esteem, and she is dedicated to helping clients regain control, heal from painful experiences, and move forward with resilience. Her approach combines structure with empathy, empowering clients to find stability while fostering long-term growth. In her practice, Hailey treats adolescents, young adults, and adults, offering support for anxiety, depression, couples’ concerns, grief, and more. She also has experience working with unique populations, including first responders, military and veterans, and those within the adoption and foster care community. To best meet her clients’ needs, she integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR, while also drawing on additional interventions when helpful to promote meaningful change. Outside of her clinical work, Hailey enjoys mountain biking, skiing when the season allows, exploring local coffee shops, and playing card games with friends and family. These activities keep her grounded and energized, reinforcing the importance of balance in everyday life. Hailey is proud to serve clients across Oklahoma through LifeStance Health.
