Gina Poisson-Czarniecki helps individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most challenging emotional and relational moments with warmth, clinical expertise, and practical strategies. Serving communities across Oklahoma, she offers evidence-based mental health care that supports adults, teens, and seniors in building healthier relationships and improving emotional well-being. At LifeStance Health, Gina works with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the people she serves. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Gina is particularly skilled in addressing complex family dynamics, couples’ issues, and mood disorders. She provides individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy with an integrative, strength-based approach. Utilizing interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, she helps clients develop emotional regulation, improve communication, and manage the symptoms that interfere with daily functioning and connection. Her work with adolescents and teens also supports families in navigating developmental, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges during critical stages of growth. Gina is especially passionate about guiding clients through co-parenting concerns, grief, and women’s issues. With over nine years of experience supporting parents in custody-related matters, she developed a copyrighted program, Co-Parenting Respectfully, to help families build healthier post-divorce relationships centered on their children’s well-being. She brings deep compassion and clinical knowledge to helping individuals heal from the loss of loved ones and adjust to major life transitions, offering care that is both affirming and grounded in therapeutic best practices. Outside of her clinical work, Gina enjoys oil painting, hiking, and spending quality time with her family; activities that reflect her appreciation for creativity, balance, and connection.

I have been in therapy on and off for over 30 years and have never had a therapist that actually was easy to talk to and I always dreaded going to therapy because it seemed hopeless, then I found Gina. She is a Godsend. I actually look forward to our sessions because they are very helpful. I can't say enough nice things about her and feel blessed to have found her!

I really like Gina. I wasn't impressed with the psychiatrist but Gina is a good fit for me she's easy to talk to and listens and is not argumentative or condescending I felt like the psychiatrist was both of those things she didn't even know my history. I felt judged I felt like I could breathe after I talked to Gina very good therapist
