About Chris Rostek (She/Her)
Chris Rostek has 30 plus years of clinical experience and has worked in many different areas in the mental health field. She offers individual therapy and has experience in family therapy. Her treatment approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, mindfulness and behavior modification. Assists clients with relaxation, stress management, improving communication skills, conflict resolution and identification of feelings to help clients overcome the difficulties they are experiencing. Chris’ treatment interests are adolescents, young adult issues, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD and mood disorders.
