Gina Niewodowski, MA, LPC, ATR-BC is a recognized psychotherapist who works with clients ages 18-75 and specializes in treating loss, grief, trauma, post- divorce recovery, change adjustment, codependency and parenting related issues (not limited to parents of age dependent children). She has over 30 years of experience with most age ranges and in a variety of settings (individual therapy, inpatient, outpatient, partial and intensive treatment programs, support groups, and advocacy programs). Using insight-oriented therapy, developmental and attachment influenced interventions and education, cognitive oriented processing therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and upon request, art therapy, she works with each person to help them recognize and build their strengths.
