About Nicole Mallory (She/Her)

Nicole Mallory helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Pennsylvania build resilience, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and support. At LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, individualized therapy for patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, helping them develop practical skills to improve emotional well-being and daily functioning. Nicole believes that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and she works collaboratively with patients to create a path forward that reflects their unique strengths, goals, and experiences. Nicole is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands that the transition from inpatient care back to everyday life can feel overwhelming and uncertain. Her goal is to help patients maintain stability, reduce the risk of setbacks, strengthen coping skills, and build a strong foundation for ongoing recovery. Through consistent support and personalized treatment planning, she helps patients regain confidence and navigate the next stage of their mental health journey. With expertise in ADHD, anxiety, and depression, Nicole utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She tailors treatment to meet each patient’s specific needs and circumstances, recognizing that lasting change happens when care is both clinically effective and personally meaningful. In addition to these areas of focus, Nicole has experience addressing a variety of additional mental health concerns and life transitions. Nicole is committed to creating an inclusive and affirming therapeutic environment. She works with a diverse range of populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities, and children and families involved in adoption or foster care. Her approach emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and respect, helping patients feel understood while empowering them to make meaningful progress toward their goals. Outside of her clinical practice, Nicole is a self-described foodie, coffee lover, Philadelphia Eagles fan, and crime documentary enthusiast. She is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves and brings that same energy and optimism to her work with patients. Nicole earned her education from Temple University and Lincoln University. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she combines clinical expertise with a warm, patient-centered approach that supports healing, growth, and long-term wellness.
