Honestly before lifestance I'd given up on Therapy Services. I've been through multiple different facilities and therapists over the years. Ive never found a really good fit. However, my experience of this company has been nothing but positive. They are communicative and remind me of my appointments through email and text message reminders. Being as I have ADHD I'm very forgetful so having multiple reminders not only a few days before but the day of is very helpful for me. They also paired me with a great team. My therapist has been a monumental help in managing my mental health conditions especially with my husband's cancer diagnosis. I don't know how Id get through this time of my life without them honestly. They were able to pair me with somebody who understands my past trauma and current struggles in managing my diagnoses. My therapist has knowledge in food disorders and fitness. As a gastric bypass patient my therapist has been a key part of me managing my post-operative life. I'm 2 years post-operative now from RNY gastric bypass and have been able to keep off all of my weight. I went from 242lbs at 5 ft tall to now being around 120lbs. I tell everybody that even though my surgery was very successful without the therapy and help this team has provided me here at Lifestance I could not have continued to be a successful as I've been post-operatively. There's a lot of trauma that comes with being overweight in our society and my team has helped me navigate and work through these issues. Overall, I highly suggest everyone give them a try or at least call to see if they participate with your insurance as they take many. It is very easy and convenient to have my appointments inside my own home. My busy schedule with children and my husband's medical schedule makes it hard to get in person places. Being able to have my visits Telehealth has been life-changing for me and made it much more accessible. It is the first time in my life that I feel like my doctors and therapy team are on my side 100%. I have shared things with them that I have not felt comfortable sharing with any medical personnel in my adult life. I highly recommend them and I'm so glad that I gave it another go! Im thankful I didn't give up on finding a good fit for me. If you're struggling you don't have to do it alone. Honestly even if I had to figure out how to pay out of pocket for their services knowing the care I've received I would do so if I could financially make it happen. Thankfully they participate with my husband's employers insurance. I can't speak highly enough of this group and services they offer. If you call them they can help you find a therapist that specializes in the areas that you need the most help with. The good communication and quick response to messages knowing that I'm literally one email away from help or one phone call at any given time to people who will understand me and not Place judgment upon me has been life-changing. Know you aren't alone and you matter. So why not take a chance at give them a call today. Dont put it off you are worth it and you deserve the help you need. I was fortunate to have a therapist who understood my lifelong struggle with MDD. She was willing to use various medications to ease my depression and discuss what to expect from each medication. After a trial for a number of meds and thorough discussion of my symptoms, together we thought outside the box and attempted another medication that has thus far shown promise. Though my therapist’s focus was on medication management and not counseling, she provided some very helpful insight into life issues along the lines of Cognitive Behavior Therapy that resonated with my own training. My therapist was easy to contact and she responded in a short amount of time. I definitely recommend Life Stance and their therapsts.

Olivia ishak has been phenomenal with helping me. I want to give the greatest thank you to her. She honestly deserves a raise. One time I called in having a full meltdown and she was able to help calm me with her kind words. Then today she did it again, she went out of her way to try and get my therapist on the line for me. She didn’t have to help me at all or go above and beyond for me, but I absolutely appreciate that she did. She is a wonderful person and employee. Her kindness speaks volumes. She is a proud representation of this company. Please give her recognition, she is a gem.

It is difficult to put into words the positive impact LifeStance has had on my life over the past few years since establishing a relationship with them. Finally found someone that's listens, don't feel like a number you feel like a person. Given option and recommendations. Put everything out on the table and made adjustments as needed. Have recommended these guy to a couple of people and will continue to do so. It Like your in control of what you need. Every where else I tried felt like here meds

Erin is amazing. She has me on the right medications finally. She’s a lifesaver. At age 55, and after seeing dozens of medical professionals over 25 years, I learned from her the reason I’ve been a lifelong chronic pain sufferer.
