Tina Watson, LCSW, helps adults and seniors across Pennsylvania navigate life’s most complex emotional challenges with compassion, clarity, and clinical expertise. Practicing at LifeStance Health, Tina partners with individuals to explore concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use, and gender identity. She fosters a safe, affirming space where clients feel empowered to take charge of their mental health and work toward meaningful change at their own pace. Tina is especially passionate about working with individuals facing the effects of trauma, substance use, and later life or midlife transitions. She understands how overwhelming these experiences can be and provides steady, empathetic support to help clients regain control and move forward with resilience. Her approach is collaborative, strength-based, and deeply rooted in respect for the client’s lived experience. In addition to her primary focus, Tina brings specialized experience working with military personnel and veterans, first responders, and individuals recovering from head injuries. She is also dedicated to serving the LGBTQIA+ community with affirming, culturally competent care. Tina integrates a range of evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, exposure therapy, and CBT for insomnia. Tina has been practicing since 2010 and brings over a decade of clinical insight to her work. Outside of the therapy room, she finds joy and peace in water-based activities—whether swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, or whitewater rafting with friends in Ohiopyle.
