My work with my clients is free from judgement and criticism: instead, we will work together to figure out your path back to yourself. I specialize in working with individuals healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. While I take an eclectic approach, most of my work incorporates mindfulness-based CBT, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches. I come to my role as a therapist with person-centered, strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and anti-oppression perspectives in mind.
