I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island and have been in practice since 2023. I received my BSW from Rhode Island College and my MSW from Anna Maria College. I take pride in fostering a safe space for each client while forging genuine, trusting relationships which I believe is integral in effective therapy. I recognize that everyone is on a different part of their journey, and while I am a firm believer that you will get out of therapy what you put in, I make an effort to consciously and deliberately meet each individual where they are at while utilizing a strengths-based, solution-focused therapeutic approach. I have been told I have a gentle but straightforward way of communicating and I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies with a holistic focus. Outside of work, I enjoy watching football/basketball/MMA as well as playing guitar, hiking, playing tennis, and watching movies.
