Hello, I’m Alexis Desjardins, a dedicated and compassionate licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping children, adolescents, and young adults between the ages of 8 and 30 thrive in their emotional and mental well-being. I specialize in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness practices to support individuals in their journey towards lasting positive change.
