I had a positive first experience at the office in North Kingstown. The office itself is a little sparse & generic, but the staff is friendly & attentive. I chose Rachel Mikutel, a nurse practitioner, as a provider & I'm glad I did. She made our visit less awkward. I definitely recommend her as a mental health provider.
