About Aprile Daley (She/Her)

Helping teens, adults, and older adults throughout Rhode Island find healing, build resilience, and improve their overall quality of life, Aprile Daley provides compassionate, individualized therapy through LifeStance Health. She offers individual and couples therapy for concerns including anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting clients with a wide range of additional mental health challenges. Aprile strives to create an affirming and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, developing new coping skills, and working toward meaningful personal growth. Trauma is a particular area of passion and focus for Aprile’s work. She understands that traumatic experiences can affect emotional well-being, relationships, self-esteem, and physical health long after the events have occurred. Whether clients are processing recent adversity or longstanding trauma, she helps them move toward healing at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable. Her goal is to help individuals develop a stronger sense of safety, self-understanding, and empowerment while reducing the impact trauma may have on their daily lives. Aprile takes a holistic approach to mental health care, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, and relational wellness. She works with individuals experiencing ADHD, bipolar disorder, and grief, while also addressing additional concerns such as life transitions, women’s mental health concerns, and relationship challenges. She has experience supporting diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with developmental disabilities, and people on the autism spectrum. Her care is tailored to each client’s unique strengths, goals, and circumstances. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Aprile helps clients develop practical tools for managing symptoms, improving emotional regulation, and creating lasting change. In her work with couples, she supports healthier communication, deeper understanding, and stronger connections. Aprile earned her degree from Rhode Island College and has been providing professional mental health services since 2022. She is committed to ongoing growth as a clinician and to delivering care that combines clinical expertise with warmth, authenticity, and respect. Outside of therapy, Aprile enjoys pottery, music, expressive arts, thrifting, hiking, and spending time by the ocean. These creative and nature-based interests reflect her belief in the importance of balance, self-expression, and connection to the world around us.
