About Natasha Moses (She/Her)
Natasha Moses, LPC, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults across South Carolina navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical guidance, and evidence-based care. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health with more than 16 years of clinical experience, she provides individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient services for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Natasha is known for creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while developing meaningful skills to support lasting emotional wellness. Natasha is especially passionate about helping individuals facing alcohol and drug use issues, PTSD and trauma, and perinatal mental health concerns, including postpartum depression and anxiety. She understands how these experiences can affect relationships, daily functioning, self-esteem, and overall quality of life. Her approach is supportive, collaborative, and personalized, helping clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change. She also works with individuals experiencing ADHD, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns, offering additional support across a broad range of emotional and behavioral needs. Her therapeutic style blends warmth with clinical expertise. Natasha utilizes evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based strategies. She also provides couples and marital counseling to help partners improve communication, strengthen connection, and navigate conflict more effectively. Natasha has experience working with children, teens, families, military veterans, first responders, and individuals involved in adoption and foster care, while also offering additional services for diverse populations and treatment needs. She believes therapy works best when clients feel both supported and empowered. Outside of her clinical work, Natasha enjoys spending time with family and finding joy in everyday life.
