I don’t always leave reviews for healthcare providers, but when a place makes mental health support feel approachable, organized, and genuinely helpful, you have to give credit where it’s due. LifeStance Health has been an incredible resource, especially when it comes to medication management. Having a medication management team on your side is one of those things people may not fully appreciate until they experience the difference. It is not just about prescriptions; it is about having professionals who listen, check in, help monitor what is working, and make sure you are not trying to figure everything out alone. That kind of support matters. LifeStance Health makes the process feel more structured and less overwhelming. From scheduling to communication to follow-up care, the experience feels designed to help people stay on track instead of feeling lost in the shuffle. Mental health care can already feel heavy enough, so having a team that brings clarity, patience, and professionalism into the process is a huge deal. Everyone deserves support that feels steady, respectful, and personalized. Whether you are starting your mental health journey, adjusting medications, or just trying to stay consistent with your care, having a medication management team can make a world of difference. LifeStance Health is doing meaningful work, and I truly appreciate the care, convenience, and guidance they provide. Mental health matters, and places like this help remind people that they do not have to carry everything by themselves. Stay supported, my friends.

I don't always look for mental health support services... but when I do... I step into a place like LifeStance Health expecting something simple: calm, professionalism, and the feeling that someone on the other side of the desk actually listens. Picture a quiet waiting room, soft lighting, the subtle rustle of paperwork, and people walking in carrying the invisible weight we all pick up from time to time. LifeStance operates like a modern network for therapy and psychiatry—counselors, psychologists, and psychiatrists working under one roof (or through telehealth screens). The goal is straightforward: connect people with the right kind of support, whether that’s therapy, medication management, or just a place where a conversation can finally slow the mind down. There’s a moment in places like this where the noise of the world fades a little—the kind of moment where someone sits down, takes a breath, and realizes help might actually be possible. And that’s where organizations like LifeStance do their best work: creating access to professionals who are trained to meet people exactly where they are. **One line worth remembering:** **“Strong people don’t avoid help—they recognize when it’s time to bring in reinforcements.”** Because the quiet truth about mental health is this: life gets heavy for everyone eventually. The strongest move isn’t pretending otherwise—it’s deciding you don’t have to carry it alone. Stay balanced, my friends. 🧠✨

Over the past year, Porsha has provided exceptional support and guidance. During our initial meeting, she listened attentively to my concerns regarding medication management and worked with me to develop an effective treatment plan that included lifestyle adjustments. Her approach significantly reduced my anxiety (no pun intended) about the process and instilled confidence in her capabilities as my provider. Throughout our ongoing sessions, both in person and virtually, Porsha has consistently demonstrated professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Her contributions have greatly improved my mental health, positively influencing those closest to me. As I continue to pursue a healthier lifestyle, I value having Porsha’s expertise and support. For individuals seeking assistance, I highly recommend her services due to her genuine commitment to fostering positive outcomes in every interaction.

I don't always seek out Medical Health Support; but when I do, I choose lLife Stance! The support Lifestance Health provides, is difficult for me put into words; but I'm going to do my best, because that's the only way to do things! It feels as if they swooped me up, right under their wing, and placed me in a safe place for carrying for my mental health. A healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body. Stay healthy, my friends

My psychiatrist, an actual MD, is awesome. Too bad she doesn’t do therapy on the side. I need a therapist with a one hour time slot not these in and outs with the Psychiatrist! But that is the whole system…it is getting impossible to find a great “Psychiatrist “ (not therapist, assistant, counselor, etc without their MD)! Just impossible so when I found Dr Smith my world came anew! Thank you Dr Smith for all you do.

This is my first time seeing a therapist.. I must say Emily… has been great during our sessions, I’ve never walked in a session and she wasn’t smiling.. She is a good listener and gives feedback which I can incorporate in my daily life. I appreciate her relaxed demeanor which has helped me to feel more comfortable during my sessions. I have never had a problem with booking. Emily books my appointments before I leave.
