About Kelley Walker (She/Her)

Margaret ‘Kelley’ Walker, LPC, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical guidance, and evidence-based therapy. At LifeStance Health, she provides care for patients throughout South Carolina who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Kelley believes that meaningful change begins with feeling heard and understood, and she creates a supportive environment where individuals and families can build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and work toward lasting personal growth. A particular passion of Kelley’s is working with tweens, teens, and young adults as they navigate important developmental transitions. She enjoys helping young people manage ADHD, school-related challenges, anxiety, and life stressors while developing confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy coping strategies. Kelley values partnering with clients during these formative years and tailoring treatment to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Kelley offers individual, group, couples, and family therapy services. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and additional mental health challenges. She incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and family therapy, while also offering Christian counseling and faith-based treatment when aligned with a client’s preferences and values. Her approach is collaborative, personalized, and focused on helping clients make meaningful progress in their daily lives and relationships. She earned her education from Francis Marion University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to ongoing professional growth and high-quality mental health care. Kelley is passionate about helping individuals identify their goals and take steps toward creating the life they envision for themselves. Outside of her clinical work, Kelley enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, photography, and making memories with family and friends. She is also a proud pet parent to a toy poodle and two cats.
