Trenecieya Gray, MSW, LCSW,
About Trenecieya Gray (She/Her)
Trenecieya Gray helps children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across Texas navigate life’s challenges with compassion, resilience, and evidence-based mental health care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she partners with patients to address emotional, behavioral, and life transition concerns while creating a supportive space for healing and personal growth. Through individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, intensive outpatient services, and case management, Trenecieya works collaboratively with patients to help them develop practical tools for lasting change. Trenecieya has a special interest in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma. She understands how these conditions can affect relationships, physical health, work performance, and overall quality of life. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and respect, helping patients identify strengths, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful goals. She also supports individuals facing grief, midlife transitions, and other emotional and behavioral health concerns, offering additional areas of expertise tailored to each patient’s needs. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trenecieya develops personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique experiences and circumstances. She is committed to helping individuals gain greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve their overall well-being while navigating life’s complexities with confidence. Trenecieya believes that healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and empowered. She works with patients across different stages of life, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, helping them overcome obstacles and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Her clinical style combines warmth, authenticity, and practical guidance to support sustainable progress both inside and outside of therapy. She earned degrees from the University of Houston and Walden University and has been practicing since 2020. Her commitment to ongoing learning allows her to incorporate current therapeutic approaches into the care she provides. Outside of her clinical work, Trenecieya enjoys cultivating plants, especially majestic palms, and has a passion for patio and exterior design. She loves transforming living spaces into peaceful, restorative environments that reflect the same sense of balance and wellness she encourages in her patients.
