Alexander Lee, LPC,
About Alexander Lee (He/Him)
Alexander Lee helps teens and adults build practical skills to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with LifeStance Health, he provides therapy for patients across Texas, supporting individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Alexander works collaboratively with each patient to develop personalized strategies that align with their goals, values, and unique experiences. A central focus of Alexander’s work is helping people address alcohol and drug use issues, process trauma, and improve relationship functioning. He is especially passionate about supporting individuals as they work through difficult life transitions, emotional distress, and patterns that may be keeping them stuck. His approach emphasizes self-awareness, resilience, and long-term growth while creating a therapeutic environment where patients feel respected, understood, and empowered. Alexander has experience working with teens, adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and first responders. In addition to his primary areas of focus, he provides support for concerns such as grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), childhood behavior issues, and school avoidance, among other mental health challenges. He offers individual therapy and couples therapy, helping patients develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. His therapeutic style integrates evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while drawing from additional treatment approaches when appropriate. Alexander believes effective therapy balances clinical expertise with genuine human connection, allowing patients to make progress at a pace that feels both challenging and sustainable. Outside of his clinical work, Alexander enjoys cooking, exploring philosophy, and pursuing self-improvement. These interests reflect his curiosity about personal growth and the ways people create meaning and fulfillment in their lives.
