Jamie Wilson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health who helps children, teens, adults, and older adults build healthier coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and navigate life transitions with greater confidence. Serving patients across Texas, she provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, and substance use concerns. Jamie creates a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout treatment. Jamie is especially passionate about helping patients manage ADHD, alcohol and drug use issues, and anxiety disorders. She works collaboratively with individuals and families to address emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, stress management, and recovery goals. Her approach is tailored to each patient’s needs and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and parenting support strategies. She also offers care for patients navigating PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sleep difficulties, reproductive challenges, and major life transitions, along with additional mental health concerns. With experience supporting children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, Jamie understands how mental health needs evolve across different stages of life. She has experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and first responders, providing thoughtful care that recognizes each patient’s unique experiences and strengths. She also provides individual therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient program (IOP) support as part of a comprehensive treatment approach. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2017, Jamie has remained committed to helping patients throughout Texas access quality mental health services in a welcoming and judgment-free setting. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing cards with her son.
