First of all I am so thankful that everyone here is so friendly I really want to give a shout of appreciation to Ms. Raylene, she went above and beyond helping me to get my paperwork submitted to get treatment with counseling and to get my doctors referral turned in I look forward to my first appointment I believe in 2 weeks from now with Ms. Jamil Wood.

I've been going here since around November. Dr. Adeyemo has been patient, caring, and just overall wonderful. When I visit her now (and I'm in such a wonderful headspace now) she always seems so genuinely happy and excited to see my progress. I wish I would have taken care of my mental health 20 years ago.

First time in any type of therapy. It was good. I learned new things, challenging things, about myself that are goal driven that I must work towards. It wasn't one sided, it was right down the middle and encouraging. I look forward to future sessions towards growth and a brighter future.

Dr Madiha Syed at LifeStance is a warm welcoming person. She listens and cares about your issues your having its very comforting. I look forward to our sessions and she always say if I need her sooner then the schedule appointment just call she's here to help. I'm so thankful.

The staff here really take the time to listen even those who don't have to. They are very polite and understanding. Everyone struggles with llife's ups and the downs, but don't go at it alone talk to someone, someone here or there but don't keep it bottled up.
